my baby continuely taking breast feeding now he is 15months kid I am feeling very sick for my energy can you tell something to grow my energy level

she is now above 1 year old, you can feed her on demand only ,also simultaneousy syart cow milk too..
you taje well valanced diet ,statt protinex powder with milk.
