My baby completed 6 months.. Which flavour cerelac should I introduce him first.. Rice or wheat?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, instead of giving flavoured cerelac, prefer to give homemade cerelac . It is much more nutritious than commercially available packaged foods, which contain ingredients like sugar and flavour. Homemade cerelac is easy to prepare at home.
