my baby complaints left leg pain in evening sometimes like two times in a month .. from thigh to toes then I give pcm syp. then pain disappear .. wht is the reason of this pain... and also says both knee pain while doing potty on Indian toilet seat..

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. there are multiple causes of limb pain duringc this age because it can be normal due to growth pain.
it can also occur duec to nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin d, vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency.
if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might be limb pain.
if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required
