Entrogermina you can give twice in a day for three days you can also start with zinc supplement after consulting the doctor and consult your doctor actually for proper course of medication because they can tell you what the reason behind and what treatment would be suitable and as of you just need to completely skip on milk rest you can give more of banana curd rice curd sweet curd which will help controlling loose motions
