my baby boy (preterm) 4 months old is 3.4kg. he is drinking breast milk only 5 min and gaining weight very slowly so please advise for my baby drinking milk efficiently and more time and gaining weight properly?

Now your child is four months old as by this is a child can take proper feeding even if it is a premature child so the child is gaining well then I would recommend you to start giving powder milk as well to the child that will help in proper gain and growth of your child
