My baby boy of nine months is developing redness around anal area. Even diapers are changed frequently and washing with water done frequently. Please help

Boroline antiseptic cream you should apply as of now I agree maybe you are changing diapers frequently but why do you have to keep your child on 24 x 7 and diapers are not as healthy as people think they are so please don’t use diapers apply the cream regularly and try to keep your child diaper free most of the times
