my baby boy now 52 days old.his birth weight is 2.620 kg,second week of delivery my son suffer with uti and his weight dropped to 2.295 kg. now his weight 3.245 kg..is it normal?

A. Dear mum, your baby has gained 1 kg weight after recovering from UTI infection, so do not worry. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete.
