my baby boy now 3 weeks old he sleeps lots just wake-up for feeding. his urine and poop are fine. is it common

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. Better to check with your doctor once in this matter as your baby is sleeping the whole day, good luck and take care.
