My baby boy makes a lot of grunting sounds im the night and when he wants to pass stool, he is 4 months actual and 1 month 20 days corrected is it normal?

Maam let’s only stick to the current age that is there because after the child takes birth the child grows up in a natural manner as it is meant to be with a full term child maybe can be but we should practically take it as three months old or four month old whatever the age of the child is so sometimes these things are common to be seen with kids it’s not a problem in case of any issue that you feed your child is having please consult your doctor
