Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. the smell may be due to concentrated urine or due to the supplements / multivitamin / high protein diet the child is taking. give more fluids to the child / food richs in fluids. if the child is not having any complaints then no treatment is required but if child is crying while passing urine and not improvingd with fluids then take a medical opinion.
