Q.

My baby boy is7 months old and he has 101.4 fever ! What exactly should I do to help him ?

A. hi, give her 2 ml of syp calpol 120 mg. can repeat after 4 to 6 hours. and increase breast feeding. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. once condult paediatrician.

A. after one month of opening sugar based medicine didn't work well. so pls careful about your infant medicine..don't give him one month old medicine. Give calpol in every 8 hrs and do sponging

A. Hi You can give Calpol to the child you can start doing cold sponging on the forehead of the child and behind the needs of the child that will help in reducing down the fever the dosage of the medicine is going to be 1.5 ML and you can repeat it after six hours and if it is required please consult your doctor as well
