Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello good evening !! Due to inhaling and exhaling it happens ,yes fast respiratory actions(inhale and exhaling seem ribs and tummy going up and down . No need to worry until there is no gur sound,breathing difficulty .
