my baby boy is of 3 yrs, he is not eating food properly, and even eating full, what should I do or what should I feed him by which his tummy will be full feel and he will get nutrition too, bcoz he is not eating even fruits, dahi, panneer, etc like things. he is just eating khichadi and dal roti which should be mashed he is not even eating solid food by chewing he have not come back teeth also still now. what should I do
