my baby boy is now 2 months old and I'm not producing enough milk. I've been giving mixed feeding where almost 80% is formula and only 20% is breast milk. pls provide me some guidance on how to improve my breast milk. fyi, I've undergone c-section

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 months agoA. Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement that I can recommend you to take as of now three times in the day with warm milk is going to help in increasing your lactation apart from that plenty of fluids and proteins are extremely important
