Q.
My baby boy is now 1 year 3 months old.He getting sick frequently by catching cold.His diet is good.He eats everything.What is reason of getting sick frequently and please suggest me to boost up his immunity power.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. At this age the immunity of the baby is developing so they keep catching cold and cough especially during change of weather so take extra care and give one teaspoon honey at bed time and give Vitamin C rich fruits
