Q.

My baby boy is not still able to hold his head steady.. his neck turns one side more.. he is 4 months and 15 days old

A. The proper stability in the head is going to be there by the time of six months you cannot expect it before that prior to that it is going to be partially stable but a proper stability that you are looking for is going to be by completing the time of six months
