My baby boy is not gaining weight properly since birth?he gained only kg for 3months is there is any solution for this

A. hi first ,i advise to check if child is getting enough milk or not because in most of the cases , it happens that child remain hungry due to low or insufficient milk supply and so his weight gain is not that much. second , i advise to give massage everyday as it strenghthen child's immunity and help in healthy weight gain
