Q.

Hello everyone since birth my daughter is gaining weight around 1 kg every month but now she is 3 months old and this month she gained only half kg weight. I am concerned about this is my breast milk is enough for her or not? what to do?

A. there will be rapid weight gain in first three months of age afterwards less ok vif there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. hello usually the baby is gaining around 600 grams to 800 grams it is a good weight gain and absolutely nothing to worry just make sure the baby is getting sufficient feed and if BM is not sufficient you can alternatively give child and son formula milk stage one using the bottle like babyhug
