A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (any good brand like atogla, venussia, oliatum, sebamed , citaphil etc ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. use moisturizing soap. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.d avoid using hard water for bath. for excessive dry and skin peeling please apply moisturizingd cream / lotion at more frequent interval to control the condition and then decrease the frequency. you have to just balance according to the type of skin of the child. usually the skin of the child is mainly dry and sensitive then in these areas you have to apply coconut oil or moisturizing lotion. in the areas where sweating is present and skin folds there is no need to apply oil or lotion but you have to regularly clean it with soap and you cans apply baby powder if needed. take care of the skin child in this manner on the whole body. s
