A. Hai good morning !! Due to constipation, hard stools rectum ruptures might cause blood stains in poop usually happens when body heat, passing hard stools. Give adequate water, fluids, fibre foods ( Fruit, vegetable puriees, mashes, cerelac, porridges )for increasing bowel movements which avoids hard stools.
