Give more of protein is vegetarian and non-vegetarian to the child right now you can go ahead with giving yellow part of the egg and white can be introduced by the age of 30 months you can also go ahead with giving chicken and fish to their child once your child completes the age of 10 months decision is a healthy for overall weight gain of the child
