My baby boy is 8 month old and he is having diarrhea for last 20 days but since last 5-6 days his stool is dark green. i have given enterogermina 8 vial but result is inly 50%. doctor recommended stool test and it shows 30-32 pus cells and give him cefixime and ofkaxin for 2 days. after that diarrhea is controlled but he is cry excessively. is it because of any side effects of antibiotic? or else. what should i do? continue antibiotics for suggested period that is 7 days or discontinue? only enterogermina vial can resolve this problem or antibiotic needed with it? kindly guide me.
