My baby boy is 7 months old.. he has watery poo since morning… bt after 1 o’clock he haven’t passed urine.. I asked doctor he said no worries bt I am worried bcoz he is drinking nd eating everything.. don’t know wt to do

A. 7 months old baby having watery loose motion it may be some infection you can give enterogermina as a probiotic for your child and also zinc supplement should be given
