Q.
my baby boy is 5months 23days old.. His weight is 7kgs only. he is having formula feed. I started feeding cerelac from 5months but he is not gaining weight. now I m also giving carrot puree, ragi malt, apple & banana.. but still he is not going weight pls tell me the food which can help my bay to gain weight

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. dear mom. 7 kg weight is preety good. not to worry about it. give him dal khichdi, vrrity of porrridge, fruit n vegetable puree, suji kheer, curd rice, 2 to 3 times a day
