Q.

my baby boy is 4 months old.. I'm not getting enough milk nd tries formula but my boy didn't accepted . so what to do to increase my milk.. I tried all the ways bt of no ise

A. hello you can try to have lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase milk secretion and also at fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabbakki and fenugreek which can help to increase milk secretion and even you can be including khus khus
