Q.
my baby boy is 3years old he knows alphabets, lots of poems and he talks like baithi khana mujhe bachao and he can even remember all the cartoon dailougs word to word but he doesn't do conversations with us . he understands each and everything, whenever I ll ask anything to do he will reply but if I will try to talk to him he will repeat the cartoon dailougs, what to do I am very worried plz help
