Q.
My baby boy is 3 months old now. His weight is 4 kgs. All his activities are active. Can we start giving carrot puree or apple puree to him??? can we start giving any food other than milk?? Pls advice....

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give any other food apart from milk. Puréed foods should be introduced only after the completion of 6 months. Until then you should exclusively breastfeed.
