my baby boy is 3 months and 6 days old He is not gaining weight. I'm giving Breast milk only. I will tell you that I am producing sufficient milk. please suggest to me what I want to do..

Start giving formula to the child I do agree that you may be making very good weight but due to that sometimes the quality is very low but the quantity is very high and that is the same thing happening with you so I think the milk is not giving enough strength and nutrients that’s required by a child
