My baby boy is 3 and half years old, today he played with puppies there was a fungal infection on puppies skin, he touched and played with them. Later slightly he licked his finger. Immediately I washed his mouth, hands.. is it a concern for rabies?

There can be a possibility of course so check with your doctor if you need to get an anti-rabies done for your child because the dog already had a fungal infection than your child touched it also it could be contagious bless your child lick it no matter you’ve taken the best precaution that you can but you should consult your doctor
