My baby boy is 3 and half month old. he is vomiting from 2days and his birth weight is 2.9 and current weight is 4.75. Due to vomiting he is decreasing the weight. What to do. Is it normal or I have to consult doctor

A. dear Mum if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert feeding well then you should not worry if concern then consult with doctor
