Q.

my baby boy is 2years4months old.. he only said amma, abba and dada.. Is it okey to not talk in this age.???

A. no not ok. Speech delay is nowadays quite common due to increase screen time you should reduce the screen time and also let interaction with others improve . If it does not improve then please consult ENT specialist and a speech therapist can also be of help .
