My baby boy is 25 months old but doesn’t speak very well yet should I be worried?

A. Hello good morning !! Yes babies by 1.5,2 years of age speak words and small sentences. Here if the baby doesn't speak at least 20-30 words ,not responding to commands or words , using sigh language or showing things instead of talking then consult a speech therapist for assessment ,don't delay.
