Q.
My baby boy is 21 months old. He continuously watches mobile and doesn't eat without eat. Whenever i go to him to feed him first he asks for mobile and then he sits to eat. How much screen time is dangerous to babies and how can we control it?

Hi, it is good to avoid gadgets until completion of three years. since baby has got used to mobile. you need to be patience and you need to be slow and gradually stop the habit. Initially you can give the mobile and gradually while feeding snacks take him out and while playing start feeding. Take his favourite toys and start playing and then start feeding. Like this gradually stop the use of mobile. They get diverted very easily. So always instead of saying no, try to change The topic or divert.
