my baby boy is 2 he eats and then pass stool he is not gaining weight

That’s mostly due to indigestion that your child is passing through limit immediately after eating that can be one reason otherwise the second reason could be sometimes a minor infection in the stomach so it would be good if you check with your doctor they will be able to help you with proper medication if any is required
