my baby boy is 2.5 yr old ...he poops 3-4 times a day ....after every meal almost ...he eats well ,he is very active at the same time but he is very lean and thin ......why is this so .....

Hello ma’am You mentioned the problem on your own only you just basically said that the child is passing motion after every single meal that you are giving to the child so basically the body is not digesting the food properly which is why your child is lean so you may need to consult your paediatrician immediately regarding the same
