My baby boy is 2.3 kgs while birth now after 7 weeks he is 2.5 kgs .Can he take his 6th week vaccination

A. hello parent you okay this 7 weeks old at this is the weight of the baby should be around 3 kgs kindly consult your pediatrician for proper weight assessment and lactation concerns
