My baby boy is 1year 8 months old...suddenly he's dragging his left leg and walking..if we hold his hands he's walking properly ...what ll be the reason?

A. the baby is 1 year 8 months of age probably baby must have some injury to the leg are there can be chances of infection also better consult a Doctor once
