My baby boy is 18 months old. My question is day by he he is becoming very aggressive and angry. What should i do?

Usually due to premolars or teeth when they come this kind of a situation can be commonly seen with kids so maybe that is why your child is so disturbed further I’m going to recommend you to check the gums of your child and also try to figure out what maybe the other problem issues stomach pain or something so just check for that
