my baby boy is 16 months old ...one day he started laughing continues without reason when i stop him still he is laughing ..bt when i divert him other side the after sometime he stop laugh..please tell me its normal or and problem after 2 months he repeat agin ???? this

Most children have learned to say at least one word by the time they're 12 months old, and it's unusual for a child to not be speaking at all by 18 months. But although it's not typical, your child's situation is not necessarily cause for great concern, either.
