my baby boy is 15 month old and his hemoglobin is 11 ..still iron syrup is needed or not? please suggest

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 months agoA. 11 is very good so I don’t think so there is any need for supplement but yes if you give good Iron rich food to the child then the haemoglobin level will increase because your boys it somewhere around 13 so you should give more of iron rich food to the child check with your doctor before you stop giving this supplement
