My baby boy is 14 month old now. He has 4 tooth on top and 4 on bottom. But after this no more tooth has come. Is it ok

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as such no need to worry. because usually babies get their full set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3. please offer homemade healthy food items. give sunbath for 20 minutes a day which is good for formation of vitamin D .
