A. Hi no sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal.. don't be tensed.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

A. Some babies get their first tooth as late as 15–18 months, so it can still be normal. If your child is healthy and growing well, there’s usually nothing to worry about. But since your baby is already 14 months, it’s a good idea to visit a pediatric dentist once. They will check if the tooth buds are present and guide you. Most of the time, late teething is normal and doesn’t cause any future problems.
