my baby boy is 10 months old. I observed some small rashes in his legs and hip please clarify what are those and how to cure this problem? I am sending a photo also.

It is some kind of an allergy you should check with your doctor to know what kind of an allergy is your child suffering from so they can treat your child according to the allergy that they figure out physical assessment of your child would be really important
