Q.
My baby boy is 1 month 25 days old. He is preterm baby (36 weeks 4 days). At the time of birth he was weighed 2.5kg. one week back he was vaccinated with OPV1, penta1, IPV1, Rota1, PCV vaccine. After vaccination he is not taking breast milk properly. The quantity of intake of milk is gradually decreased and now he is avoiding breast feed. because of that he is loosing weight. Can you suggest any remedy for this?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. for now only mother mikk. Breast feeding should be exclusively till 6 month of age. If not possible then only milk formula should be given. After that you can start with top feed along with cow milk .
