Q.
My baby (Boy) having rashes only on chick's. His face skin is not smooth. Also please let us know which soap I can use for him and lotion, for healthy and smooth skin.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. It is neonatal acne. This will clear away on its own. Take some breast milk in a bowl and dab a cotton ball in it and then apply on to the rash affected areas. You can also apply extra virgin coconut oil to the affected areas 4 times in a day.
