my baby boy has taken 6 weeks vaccine. from when should I give paracetamol drop and in what dose. is it from same day or next day

A. you can give around 1 ml of paracetamol drops to baby 3 to 4 times in a day for the fever for 2 to 3 days. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
