my baby boy has small skin color rashes all over the body after bathing it is getting more everyday applying sebamed lotion after bath but no use how to find reasons

Due to some allergic reaction maybe with the soap that you are using oil you are using or even with the temperature of the water sometimes kids can face this kind of a problem so if this is the situation you definitely should check with the doctor first
