My baby boy has got some red rasher close to thighs and on genital parts using Himalaya diaper cream and powder no improvement it’s all red down there any suggestions?

A. Use cotton langot

A. Stop wearing diaper for sometime till the rashes heal completely and apply Vaseline or ezinapi cream on the rashes and stop using powder on the rashes and use cotton langot
