Q.
My baby boy has born premature at 33 weeks 5 days 1.23kgs weight, Now He is 5 months old weighing 4.5kgs, he will look all around, make aww sounds and smile, listen and react to all sounds but he is not recognizing people and things, when can I expect my baby to look at me and smile, when his eye contact will improve?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom eye contact is important try to move some object or sound in front of him and observe if he is looking at it or no .
As his other activities are fine .. also preterm babies tend to be a little slow In pace in reaching their milestones ,
