Q.
My baby boy 6 months old having temo 98.2 is it normal? His hands and feet are hot to touch. Please let me know what should be done?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. yes it s absolutely normal baby on touch can have warm sole forehead and is a normal thing . Temperature above 99 farenheit at armpit level is considered as fever and needs medicines . Can give calpol / Sumol / T 98 for fever and can be repeated every 6 hours . if fever does not subside with paracetamol and persists for more than 2 days then you need to consult a doctor for examination to know cause of fever .
